Our Team

Rob McCann – Principal and Director

Rob is a fully qualified and licenced builder in both the commercial and residential sectors. He completed his apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery in 1995, and then obtained his builder’s licence. He has been working in the industry for over 23 years.  His area of expertise is building and renovating office and shop fit-outs, having completed over 150 shops during his long career. Rob is very involved in the daily operations of the business and has an intricate knowledge of building and construction protocols. He has worked for SPC for 19 years and knows his SPC clients very well.

Izaak  - Project Manager

Izaak is a licenced carpenter with over 10 years experience in the commercial residential building industry. He is responsible for co-ordinating all the various stages of the building process. His experience and expertise gives our clients ‘peace of mind’ knowing that everything will go smoothly: from the initial planning, right through to the final stages of building and construction. Having worked for SPC for the past 10 years, he has built solid relationships with our clients and contractors. Izaak  is experienced and conversant in WHS and risk management.

 

Ross – Foreman

Ross has over 30 years experience in the commercial building industry. He is responsible for coordinating the various tasks involved in projects and ensuring that contractors, carryout their tasks and duties diligently and effectively for the successful completion of projects. Ross is experienced and conversant in WHS and risk management.

Kevin – Foreman

Kevin is a licenced carpenter with over 40 years experience in the residential and commercial building industry. He is in charge of overseeing the entire construction project process, ensuring everything runs smoothly on site.

 

Alex – Leading Hand

Alex has worked with SPC for over 15 years and is a qualified plasterer. Not only is he a jack-of-all-trades, he is also responsible for all tool-tagging onsite; and he’s fully qualified in First Aid.

Jaimie - Office Manager

Jaimie is a highly experienced office manager who keeps it all together behind the scenes.  Her expertise lies in running an efficient office, maintaining bookkeeping procedures, liaising with company clients and ensuring everything runs smoothly, on a daily basis. Furthermore, she is a qualified WH&S Officer and regularly reviews WHS standards within the workplace.
